Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

A small set of positions at the company - such as those that work in logistics / hardware distribution and office administrators - are required to be in office full time.

Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?

If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
