Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Different offices around the world have slightly different policies, but all follow some sort of hybris office approach. In the US, we follow a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule for being in the office.
Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
R&D associates, facilities management personnel all must be onsite given the nature of their roles. Of course, all of our manufacturing workers must on location each days as well.
Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?
If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
