Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Yes, our corporate offices in NJ, PA, and the UK expect some attendance in office, 2-3 days per week, rotating weeks. Our NJ location requires some staff to come in every week. Executive leadership usually goes into the office twice a week. Some are local, and some fly in.
Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Most of our roles can be remote. We focus on the best talent and not geography. Many of our leaders and team members live in various cities and states across the US.

We value remote working opportunities that include employees and candidates that may not otherwise be offered the career growth and trajectory due to family obligations. We value women in leadership roles and understand the burden for any parent, caregiver to aging parents either male or female undertake. We focus on results, high performance and as long as the team is producing necessary results remote will work for them.
