A Seamless Employer Experience

Managing your company’s Flex Profile is now easier than ever. Here's a step-by-step guide on how it works:

1. Create Your User Profile: Start by signing in to Flex Index and creating your user profile. Company representatives are verified based on their email address and company domain through a two-factor authentication (2FA) process or Single Sign-On (SSO).

2. Create or Update Your Company: Once your identity and company affiliation are verified, you can add your company to the Flex Index or update an existing Flex Profile.

3. Customize Your Flex Profile: Tailor your company’s Flex profile to reflect your flexible work policies. You have the flexibility to include information such as:

• Office requirements (e.g., Fully Remote, Minimum Days in the Office)
• Who sets office requirements
• Opportunities for remote work
• Locations or roles with different office requirements
• Office and work-from-home (WFH) benefits
